In the spirit of reconciliation, Almost Famous Studios acknowledges the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung People of the Kulin Nation, as the traditional custodians of the land on which we are situated today. We pay our respects to their Elders past, present, and emerging.

Always was, Always will be, Aboriginal land

We are a creative and educational studio which comprises of an instrumental music school and an early learning art program.

Our studio focuses on one-on-one instrumental lessons for piano, drums, guitar, music theory and composition. We also offer portfolio assistance for the Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre and University admission preparation.

Our early learning art classes called ‘Mini Master’s’ are hosted weekly. The classes are aimed to inform, educate and inspire the parent / guardian, as well as the participating students. This is a non-patronising class that aims to connect like minded individuals together.

Our vision

“The ethics of Almost Famous Studios revolve around the passions and interests of each individual student. Whilst we pave the framework to equip our students with technique, reading ability, art techniques and theory, our main aim is to nurture the curiosity and enjoyment of the creative and musical learning experience.

Our view is that our music and art programs are a motivational mentorship to encourage our students to self-teach under the guidance of our experienced teachers. We equip each student with a basic skill set that will enable them to be able to practice in their own time. We encourage students to bring in music and art that inspires them so we can create a program as individual as the student.
